A LEGAL DISCLAIMER
All orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance prior to any event. A 50% non refundable deposit is required for all orders to be confirmed and added to the books.
Changes in Orders
Candy Coated understands that plans change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. Candy Coated accept changes (flavors, fillings and some designs) for your order with 7 days notice before delivery or pick up date. This does not apply for last minute orders placed with less than 48 hours or orders with intrincate designs. This is because for some designs (such as sugar flowers or 3D characters) our team may need more than 10 days in advance to start working on the decorations for your order.
Order Cancellations
Candy Coated accept cancellations up to 7 days before the delivery or pickup date. However, this does not apply for last minute orders placed less than 48 hours, or intrincate designs (highly decorated). Candy Coated reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given, as stated above, due to costs incurred in the purchase, preparation and priorization of the order.
Less that 7 days prior to pick-up or delivery date, no refunds will be given,
and the total amount of the order will be due.
